RECUERDOS DE CARNAVAL 22: CM1
Para el pasado Carnaval y en el marco de Emile (L’enseignement d’une matière intégré à une langue étrangère), los niños de CM1-A aprendieron a describir y confeccionar un atuendo tradicional de Nut Dancer, guirnalda y castañuelas incluidas. Además descubrieron el origen de la cara ennegrecida debido al trabajo en las minas de carbón (incluído el trabajo infantil), durante la Revolución Industrial. Nuestros alumnos también aprendieron a localizar Bacup Lancashire, el País Negro e Inglaterra en un mapa del mundo.

For this past Carnival and as part of Emile (L’enseignement d’une matière intégré à une langue étrangère), children in CM1-A learnt to describe and make a traditional Nut Dancer attire, garland and castanets included. Understand the blackened face custom by learning about coal mining work (child labor as well), during the Industrial Revolution.
